Osimhen Stands Firm on €70m Saudi Move: Napoli Frozen Out of His Future

Serie A Star Victor Osimhen Holds Out for Bigger Offers, Saudi Arabia Last Resort

Napoli’s Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen is in a precarious situation as he weighs his options in the ongoing transfer window. The 25-year-old is currently frozen out by Napoli manager Antonio Conte, and it seems the striker is holding out for better offers.

Al-Ahli made a substantial offer worth €70m to secure Osimhen’s services, but the player has refused to agree to the deal. According to Sky Sports, Osimhen is willing to wait until transfer deadline day to see if Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain come forward with more attractive offers.

If neither of the European giants makes a bid, Osimhen is prepared to consider Al-Ahli’s offer and make the move to Saudi Arabia. However, it’s clear that the striker prefers to stay in Europe and will only accept the Saudi offer as a last resort.

The window in Saudi Arabia is set to close on October 6, giving Osimhen a relatively short period to make a decision. Meanwhile, Napoli is believed to prefer a deal with Al-Ahli, as it would allow them to fund other transfer moves and bolster their squad.

As the transfer deadline looms, Osimhen’s future remains uncertain. Will he secure a move to a European powerhouse, or will he be forced to accept the Saudi offer? Only time will tell.
