Jenkinson expressed his admiration for Saliba, saying he is currently "definitely in the conversation" for being among the world’s best defenders. When pressed by guest host and former Tottenham striker Darren Bent about whether Saliba is the best in the world, Jenkinson took a measured approach, cautioning that he doesn’t watch enough global football to make that judgment. "I think now, as we sit here, [Saliba] is better than Van Dijk… I think Van Dijk in his prime is one of the best the Premier League has ever seen."
