NNL: Jigawa Golden Stars acquires Mailantarki Care slot

Jigawa Golden Stars will participate in the 2024-25 Nigeria National League, Media Talk Africa reports.

The Dutse side have secured the slot of Mailantarki Care FC in the league.

Director of Media and Communication of Mailantarki Care FC, Adamu Usman disclosed this in a chat with Media Talk Africa.

Usman said that Mailantarki Care FC reached a mutual agreement with Jigawa Golden Stars on the decision.

“We have successfully swapped our league status with Jigawa Golden Stars,” Usman told Media Talk Africa.

“Mailantarki Care FC and Jigawa Golden Stars both had a mutual agreement on player transfer and some others.

“Mailantarki Care will be participating in the Nationwide League One next season.”

Media Talk Africa reports that Jigawa Golden Stars enrollment into the NNL awaits approval by the league organisers.
