Real Madrid confirms fresh double injury blow

Real Madrid on Monday confirmed a fresh double injury blow ahead of their next La Liga clash with Leganes after the international break.

The Los Blancos confirmed this in a separate statement on their website, saying Lucas Vázquez and Rodrygo are currently injured.

Vázquez has been diagnosed with an injury to the long adductor muscle of his left leg.

Rodrygo, meanwhile, has been diagnosed with an injury to the rectus femoris of his left leg.

The tests were carried out, Monday by Real Madrid Medical Services on the players.

Both players are expected to be out for one month and their progress will be monitored by the club.
