Transfer: Sergio Ramos desperate for shock return to Real Madrid

Sergio Ramos has offered himself to Real Madrid, as he eyes a sensational return to the Bernabeu.

The 38-year-old is currently a free agent since he left Sevilla in July.

Ramos has not announced his retirement and is looking for the right offer.

With Eder Militao ruled out for the rest of the season with an anterior cruciate ligament, Ramos believes Madrid are considering bringing in a central defender.

El Chiringuito reports that the Spaniard has offered himself to provide cover for Los Blancos’ injuries in defence.

However, that offer has been rejected by Real Madrid.

The LaLiga champions will look for a more long-term solution in the middle of defence and relations with Ramos remain strained after he left in 2021 under a cloud.
