NPFL: Mohammed satisfied with Tornadoes’ performance in home win vs Remo Stars

Niger Tornadoes’ technical adviser, Majin Mohammed, has commended his players for their bravery in the 2-1 win over Remo Stars in a Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) matchday 15 fixture.

The Ikon Allah Boys put up a professional performance in the game.

Mohammed also praised their opponent for putting up a good fight.

“Remo Stars really showed they are a top side. I think they are the most organised team we have played so far this season, highly experienced, compared to our young team,” Mohammed told Niger Tornadoes media.

“After the defeat to Bayelsa United in midweek, all we needed to do was to put our heads together to fight to make sure we get the three points, and that’s exactly what happened.”

Niger Tornadoes moved up to seventh position on the log following the win.
