NPFL: Ideye set for Enyimba transfer

Former Super Eagles forward Brown Ideye is set to complete a move to Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side, Enyimba.

According to ACL Sports, Ideye has held talks with the People’s Elephant over a purpoted move.

The 36-year-old was previously linked with a move to Rivers United.

The move collapsed after both parties failed to reach an agreement.

Ideye has been without a club since leaving Kuwaiti side, Al Yarmouk in 2022.

He was a member of the Super Eagles side that won the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations in South Africa.

Ideye has also played in the top leagues in France, Ukraine, England, Greece and Switzerland.
