NPFL: Heartland coach blames loss of concentration for draw with Bendel Insurance

Heartland head coach, Charles Uzor has blamed loss of concentration for his team’s home draw against Bendel Insurance.

The Naze Millionaires were held to a 1-1 draw by Insurance at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri, on Sunday.

Uzor said that the technical crew will work on the lapses identified in the game.

“It was a game we started well and even scored an early goal but our boys lost concentration in the dying minutes and conceded that goal,” Uzor told Heartland’s media.

“It is no time to apportion blames.

“We shall go back and take a look at what we did wrong to make corrections before our trip to Uyo to face Akwa United.”
