EPL: Special character – Arteta gives credit to Arsenal star

Arsenal boss, Mikel Arteta has given credit to Myles Lewis-Skelly following his performances in the Gunners’ Premier League 1-0 win over Ipswich Town last night.

Lewis-Skelly played all 90 minutes as Arsenal defeated Ipswich Town at Emirates Stadium.

His teammate Kai Havertz scored the game’s only goal in the first half to give Arteta’s side all three points against the visitors.

Speaking after the game, hailed the 18-year-old left-back, branding him as a special character.

“He’s a special character, ahead of his age, and so mature. His qualities suit our way of playing,” Arteta said.

“Theory is one thing, but competing at this level is another. Credit to him”.
