Emir of Lapai turbans Alhaji Umar Bina as 11th Dagacin Bina

The Emir of Lapai, Umaru Bago Tafida the third, has officially turbaned Umar Mohammed Bina as the 11th Dagacin Bina of the Bina community in Lapai Local Government Area of Niger State.

The coronation ceremony took place at the Emir’s palace in Lapai, Lapai Local Government Area of Niger State.

In his remarks, the Emir urged the newly appointed Dagacin Bina to lead with respect, integrity and obedience to the constituted authorities.

He emphasized the importance of maintaining peace and unity within the community while avoiding bitterness to foster development and growth.

Alhaji Umar Mohammed Bina, in an interview after his coronation, pledged to be inclusive and fair, carrying everyone along without discrimination.

He reiterated his commitment to serving humanity with the fear of God and called on the community to support, cooperate, and advise him accordingly.

The Emir presented Alhaji Umar Mohammed Bina with a certificate to commemorate his appointment as the 11th Dagacin Bina.
