Enyimba sports director, Ifeanyi Ekwueme hopes Brown Ideye’s arrival will help solve his team’s goal-scoring problem.
Ideye joined the nine-time Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, champions on a short-term deal on Monday.
The Aba giants have struggled in front of goal this season following the departure of their top striker, Chijioke Mbaoma.
Enyimba are winless in their last nine games across all competitions.
Ekwueme is confident Ideye will make the difference for his team.
“His experience will help address our goal-scoring challenges and inspire our younger players to improve their performance,” he remarked.
