Turkey: Omeruo resumes training at Kasimpasa after injury layoff

Kasimpasa defender Kenneth Omeruo is delighted to be back in training after his lengthy injury layoff.

Omeruo has been sidelined since sustaining an injury during Kasimpasa’s thrilling 3-3 draw against Galatasaray last October.

The center-back played for 60 minutes in the encounter.

The Nigerian announced his return to training on social media.

“It’s been a difficult few months. Glad to be running again… can’t wait to start helping my team again… I have missed it.. #unclek #offthepitch,” Omeruo wrote on X.

He has made five league appearances for Kasimpasa this season.
