NPFL: Niger Tornadoes chairman Dada charges players to go for victory against Rangers

Niger Tornadoes chairman Ibrahim Dada has charged the team to secure a win in the reverse fixture against Rangers.

Media Talk Africa recalls that Rangers defeated Niger Tornadoes 1-0 in a Matchday 19 fixture at the Bako Kontagora Stadium at the end of the first round.

Niger Tornadoes will lock horns with Rangers at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu when the league resumes on Saturday, January 25.

Dada assured the players of management support to achieve success in the second half of the season.

“The second stanza of the NPFL will kick off soon. I want to see a one hundred per cent improvement,” Dada told the club’s media.

“We lost to Rangers in our Week 19 match at home. I want to see us go to Rangers and pick the three points in Enugu.

“If Rangers can come to our home and beat us after losing their match away to Shooting Stars in Ibadan, we can equally do the same. So go to Enugu and pick the three points for me.”
