The Premier League west London club confirmed this in a seperate statements on their website on Thursday.

The two players are midfielder Julia Barrel and forward Aimee Claypole.

Bartel completed a loan move to fellow Women’s Super League side Liverpool for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.

The 20-year-old joined the Blues from Barcelona in her native Spain in the summer of 2024, signing a three-year deal.

She made her Chelsea debut in the UEFA Champions League in October when she came off the bench in the Netherlands during a 3-1 victory over FC Twente.

Claypole, meanwhile, completed a loan move to Championship side Durham for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.

The 19-year-old, who has made three appearances for the Blues since making her debut during the 2022/23 campaign, spent the first half of this season in Sweden on loan at Linkoping.

She made 12 appearances and scored three times across all competitions, including on her league debut.
