South Africa: Orlando Pirates gives positive injury update on Ndah

Nigeria defender, Olisah Ndah is nearing a return to action, according to his South African club, Orlando Pirates.

Media Talk Africa recalls Ndah sustained a tibia fracture in a league clash with Polokwane City last September.

The 26-year-old missed several matches including the MTN8 final against Stellenbosch FC.

The Bucs medical team provided an update on the status of players recovering from injuries on their official website.

”He (Ndah) has been given the green light to start field-based training which will also involve conditioning as he gets closer to full recovery,” the club wrote.

The centre-back is a regular member of Orlando Pirates squad before his injury.

He has made 81 appearances and scored once since joining the club from Nigerian outfit Akwa United in 2021.
