Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has dismissed comparisons between his facial tattoos and those of his colleague Asake. Recently, Asake generated mixed reactions after unveiling his new facial tattoos, which feature dollar signs and the word “Believe,” among other designs, in an Instagram post on Sunday.

Some commentators drew parallels between Asake’s new look and that of Portable, primarily due to their similar facial tattoos. However, Portable took issue with these comparisons, asserting that he bears a closer resemblance to American rapper Lil Wayne.

In a video message shared on his social media page, Portable expressed his frustration, stating, “Don’t compare me to Asake. I don’t look like Asake. I look like Lil Wayne. Stop comparing me to an overrated artiste,” he fumed.
