Transfer: Sevilla ready to sell Iheanacho — Club chief, Orta

Sevilla sporting director, Victor Orta, has revealed that the club is open to selling Kelechi Iheanacho this month.

Iheanacho is reportedly pushing to leave the Rojiblancos less than six months after arriving the club.

Premier League clubs, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Ipswich Town are pushing to sign the Nigeria international.

Orta declared that the La Liga club will not stop Iheanacho and other top stars from seeking a move elsewhere.

“The market is open, we are obliged to study all offers. Players have their feelings, anything can happen with any name,” Orta was quoted by eldesmarque.

Media Talk Africa recalls that the 28-year-old joined Sevilla on a free transfer last summer after severing ties with Leicester City.

He has scored three times in nine appearances across all competitions for Garcia Pimienta’s side.
