Swiss outfit, FC Basel have signed Nigerian forward, Philip Otele on loan for the remainder of the season.
Otele moved to FC Basel from UAE Pro League side, Al Wahda.
FC Basel have the option to sign him permanently at the end of the season.
The 25-year-old joined Al Wahda from Romanian club, CFR Cluj in 2024.
The versatile striker scored 18 goals and registered eight assists in 45 appearances for CFR Cluj.
Otele, however, failed to register a goal or an assist in 13 appearances for Al Wahda.
