Danagundi backs Kofa calls for reconciliation between Ganduje

A chieftain of the APC and Chairman of the National Productivity Center, Baffa Babba Danagundi, has expressed his support for the remarks made by Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa, a member of the House of Representatives representing Kiru and Bebeji constituency, advocating for reconciliation between Ganduje and Kwankwaso.
Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa stated that it is essential to reconcile Ganduje and Kwankwaso for the progress of Kano State.

Baffa Dan’agundi stated that the issue raised by Kofa is one that should be supported by all for the advancement of Kano State.

However, he emphasized the need to expand the discussion to include Shekarau and Kabiru Gaya, as they are also former governors who can contribute to the development of the state.

“Indeed, any person who is committed to the progress of Kano must support Kofa’s proposal. We support you, and we will give you all the backing necessary to ensure this reconciliation between Kwankwaso, Ganduje, Shekarau, and Kabiru Gaya,” said Baffa Babba Danagundi.

Baffa Babba Danagundi also expressed surprise at how the Kano governor had raised the idea of forming a forum for former governors of Kano to engage in discussions for the state’s development but later abandoned it.

As of now, there has been no official response from former governors Kwankwaso and Ganduje over this issue.
