EPL: Onuachu ends goal drought as Southampton lose to Forest

Paul Onuachu scored his first Premier League as Southampton fell to a 3-2 home defeat against Nottingham Forest.

Onuachu, who started the game on the bench took the place of Adams Armstrong two minutes before the hour mark.

The 30-year-old netted Southampton’s second goal in stoppage time.

His compatriot, Joe Aribo, was in action for the entire duration of the game for the visitors.

Nottingham Forest also paraded Nigerian duo, Ola Aina and Taiwo Awoniyi in the keenly contested encounter.

Ola Aina set up Chris Wood for Forest’s third goal four minutes before the break.

Taiwo featured as a substitute, replacing Wood seven minutes from time.
