Ligue 1: Nantes coach Kamboure hails ‘versatile player’ Simon

Nantes manager Antoine Kamboure has explained Moses Simon’s importance to his team, Media Talk Africa reports.

Simon was on target in Nantes’ 1-1 draw with Saint-Etienne on Sunday.

The winger has so far scored five goals and provided five assists in 16 league appearances for the Yellow Canaries this season.

Kamboure stated that the Nigeria international’s versatility has been crucial for the club in the current campaign.

“On the left, there’s Simon. He played the game we expected of him. He’s capable of playing anywhere,” Kamboure was quoted by the club’s official website.

Nantes will host Olympic Lyon in their next league game on Sunday.
