NPFL: Ihemekwele vows Enyimba will return to winning ways vs Pillars

Enyimba forward, Ifeanyi Ihemekwele, says the team is fully prepared for their rescheduled matchday 14 fixture against Kano Pillars.

Ihemekwele said that the players are out to prove doubters wrong after their ouster from the CAF Confederation Cup.

Enyimba will square up against Kano Pillars at the Sanni Abacha Stadium in Kano on Thursday (today).

“We’re fully prepared for the outstanding matches, starting with Kano Pillars,” Ihemekwele told Enyimba media.

“The game is an opportunity to prove that Enyimba is still the team to beat.

“Our game in Cairo showed we can compete at the highest level.”
