Transfer: Akor Adams set for Sevilla switch

LaLiga club, Sevilla are in advanced talks to sign Nigeria forward, Jerome Akor Adams from Montpellier.

According to transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, talks are at final stages between Sevilla and Montpellier for the striker.

Adams has scored three goals and registered one assist in 15 league appearances for Montpelier this season.

The 24-year-old joined La Paillade from Norwegian outfit Lillestrøm in 2023.

The former Nigeria junior international enjoyed a prolific spell during his time at Lillestrøm, scoring 23 goals in 38 league appearances.

Sevilla currently have two Nigerians, Chidera Ejuke and Kelechi Iheanacho in their ranks.
