EPL: Southampton boss lauds Aribo’s display in win over Ipswich Town

Southampton manager Ivan Juric has heaped plaudits on Joe Aribo following the midfielder’s impressive display in the club’s 2-1 victory over Ipswich Town.

Aribo scored the Saints opening goal of the keenly contested game.

It was the midfielder’s second league goal of the season.

Aribo, who was played out of position in the game was named Man of the Match.

“Joe] for me is a great guy; everything for the team. He doesn’t care if he is a forward, at the back or in the middle,” Juric told the club’s official website.

“Today he played left centre-back and I think he did a great second half. We worked really hard, really well, and Joe today was great.”
