Kano govt denounces fake employment advertisements

The Kano State Civil Service Commission has said it’s aware of a misleading announcement circulating about the sale of application forms for employment into the state civil service.

The Commission said the information is false, baseless, and unauthorized by any government agency.

“The public is strongly advised to disregard such claims and avoid dealing with individuals or groups promoting them.”

“We urge the public to rely solely on official government channels for verified updates regarding employment opportunities and other activities of the Commission. Any official communication will be issued through the appropriate government platforms.”

According to the commission, it remains committed to transparency and due process in all recruitment exercises and that anyone found engaging in fraudulent activities in the name of the Commission will face legal action.
