NPFL: Abia Warriors sign six new players

Abia Warriors have strengthened their squad with six new players, Media Talk Africa reports.
The newly recruited players are Stanley Dimgba, Nur Mohammed, Kufre Samuel, Hassan Abdullahi, Anayo Ogbonna, and Maxwell Kangeshima.

Mohammed joined the club from El-Kanemi Warriors, while Ogbonna arrived from Rangers. Samuel was signed from non-league side Emmiydinho FC.

Abdullahi was signed from Bendel Insurance, while winger Dimgba was recruited from Bangladeshi club Sheikh Jamal. Kangeshima joined from Egyptian side El-Makroun.

The Umuahia club defeated Akwa United 2-0 in a matchday 23 encounter on Sunday.

Abia Warriors currently occupy fourth position in the league table with 33 points.
