Championship: Dennis eager to excite at Blackburn Rovers

Emmanuel Dennis has promised Blackburn Rovers supporters to expect the best from him, Media Talk Africa reports.

The Nigeria international sealed a loan move to Rovers from Premier League club, Nottingham Forest on transfer deadline day.

Dennis arrived the Sky Bet Championship club with plenty of pedigree having played in the UEFA Champions and Premier League.

The 27-year-old has also played for Watford in the Championship in the past.

The forward promised the supporters fun times ahead.

He also determined to show his qualities at the Ewood Park.

“Rovers are in a very good position and the team plays good football, so I hope I can add a bit of something to the team for us to have a good time together,” he said to RoversTV after securing his switch.

“Goals are no problem, but I also like having fun, showing tricks, nutmegs and exciting the fans, because that’s what they come to the stadium to see. They come for fun, some happy moments and victories.

“People come from home to sit in the cold and watch us play, so you have to give them something.”
