NPFL: Rivers United get goalkeeper boost for Lobi Stars clash

Rivers United goalkeeper Osagie Onisodumeya has returned to training after an injury layoff, Media Talk Africa reports.

Onisodumeya picked up an injury during Rivers United’s matchday 20 clash against Plateau United in Jos.

The shot-stopper’s return is music to the ears of coach Finidi George ahead of the next league game against Lobi Stars.

Rivers United have been winless since the absence of their first-choice goalkeeper.

Onisodumeya is expected to undergo a late fitness test ahead of the game.

Rivers United will face Lobi Stars at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium on Sunday.
