Brighton’s game at home against Chelsea kicks off this round of games.
The Blues, who are fourth on the log, will be looking to claw their way back into the title race.
The big game of the weekend comes when Spurs welcome Manchester United, a game neither manager can afford to lose.
Shearer told BetFair: “Brighton v Chelsea – I’ll go for a draw because I don’t think either team will have enough to win it. I think it’s probably evenly-matched. Jackson is out for a while I’ve heard so I’ll go for a score-draw. Prediction: draw
“Leicester v Arsenal – I still think Arsenal will have too much for them so I’ll say away win. Prediction: Arsenal win
“Spurs v Man United – Because Spurs have beaten them already this season, I’ll go for a home win. Prediction: Spurs win.”
