EPL: Man City have 10 games to qualify for Champions League – Guardiola

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has said his team has “10 finals” to play this season.

Guardiola was speaking to TNT Sports after City were beaten 1-0 at Nottingham Forest.

Callum Hudson-Odoi scored the only goal late in the game as the hosts took all three points.

The result leaves City in fourth place with 47 points.

However, the Premier League champions could be overtaken later this weekend if Chelsea and Newcastle United win their respective fixtures.

Guardiola said: “We have 10 games to qualify, we have to win games to qualify, and we move on to the next one.

“We knew the game would be difficult. Every season, the Premier League gets better and better.”
