Transfer: Osayi-Samuel provides update on Fenerbahce future

Fenerbahçe defender Bright Osayi-Samuel has revealed that he is yet to make a decision on his future.

Osayi-Samuel’s current contract with the Yellow Canaries will expire at the end of the season.

The Nigeria international has been linked with a return to England, where Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest are reportedly interested in his services.

The full-back said he is still waiting for Fenerbahçe to offer him a new contract.

“My contract ends at the end of the year. I will talk to the club president about it. They said they will offer me a new contract. Let’s see what happens at the end of the season, what things show,” the 27-year-old told the club’s official website.

Media Talk Africa recalls that Osayi-Samuel joined Fenerbahçe from Sky Bet Championship club Queens Park Rangers in January 2021.
