Morocco 2025: Algeria set up final qualifying round clash with Flamingos

Algeria have booked a date with Nigeria’s Flamingos in the final qualifying round for the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.

The North Africans defeated Botswana 4-0 in the second leg of their second round tie on Sunday.

Algeria, who lost the first leg 2-1, sealed their passage 5-2 on aggregate.

Media Talk Africa reports that the Flamingos defeated Bantwana of South Africa 5-1 on aggregate in the second round.

Bankole Olowookere’s side won the first leg 3-1, and claimed a 2-0 victory in the second leg in Ikenne on Saturday.

Algeria and Nigeria will clash for a place in Morocco 2025 next month.
