Poor representation fuels insecurity in Zamfara – Bakyasuwa

The former Commander of the Zamfara State Anti-Thuggery Agency, Hon Bello Bakyasuwa, has said that to address the security problems troubling the Bakura/Maradun axis, the people must be ready and determined to bring an end to the crisis.

Bakyasuwa stated that the only way to end the constant attacks on communities is to elect a worthy, capable, and qualified representative for the development of the region in the 2027 general elections.

He made this known in a statement he personally issued in Gusau, the state capital.

According to him, poor representation has significantly contributed to the security challenges in the area, adding that the insecurity faced by innocent citizens should serve as an eye-opener.

“We cannot continue to be enveloped by ravaging terrorists while we have representatives who can solve the problem,” he added.

He appealed to the electorate not to sell their votes or conscience in 2027, urging the people of the area to wake up from their slumber.
