NPFL: Audu commends Katsina United players for win over El-Kanemi

Katsina United head coach, Azeez Audu, has commended his players for following instructions in their win against El-Kanemi Warriors.

Goals from Moses Achare, Bello Lukman, and Toafeek Ahmed gave Katsina United a 3-0 victory over El-Kanemi Warriors in Katsina on Sunday.

Audu believes that if the team continues with the same performance, they will be unbeatable in the league.

“I don’t have enough words to thank my boys. They played according to instructions, they gave me what I wanted,” Audu told Nigerian Players Gallery.

“I am very happy with the result. If we continue like this, I think no team can stop us.

“My sincere appreciation goes to our fans who stood in the hot sun and supported us. Despite the fasting, they cheered and applauded us. Seriously, they are the best fans in the country.

“I want to urge my boys to continue doing their best. Thanks to my family, friends, and fans for their well wishes and prayers for me. We will not rest as we prepare for our next match against Ikorodu City.”
