APC: Ganduje will be succeeded in acting capacity by National Vice Chairman – Bashir Ahmed

Bashir Ahmad, ex-media aide to former President Mohammadu Buhari, has said that one of the national vice chairmen of the All Progressives Congress, APC, will succeed Abdullahi Ganduje.

Media Talk Africa had reported that Ganduje resigned from his position as the National Chairman of the party on Friday.

The National Working Committee of the party is expected to announce his replacement, who will be serving in acting capacity.

Ahmad, in a post on his official Facebook page, said one of the vice chairmen will replace Ganduje “until a substantive chairman is elected at the national convention scheduled for December 2025”.

His post reads, “The former National Chairman of our party would be succeeded in acting capacity by one of the party’s national vice chairmen until a substantive chairman is elected at the national convention scheduled for December 2025.”
