The 2025 NASCAR Cup Series and Xfinity Series will race on the 2.32‑mile Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval on Saturday, October 4. The day’s schedule begins with Xfinity Series practice at 11:30 a.m. ET, followed by qualifying at 12:40 p.m. ET. The Blue Cross NC 250, a 67‑lap (152.76‑mile) Xfinity race, is slated to start at 5 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on CW.
Cup Series teams will take to the track later in the day, with practice from 2 p.m. ET to 3 p.m. ET and qualifying from 3:10 p.m. ET to 4 p.m. ET. The Cup race, the Bank of America ROVAL 400, is a key event in the NASCAR playoffs and will air live on truTV. Qualifying for the 400 has been divided into two groups, A and B, with the fastest drivers earning the top starting positions for Sunday’s main event.
The garage will be open from 8:30 a.m. ET to 4:30 p.m. ET for Cup teams and from 10 a.m. ET to 11 p.m. ET for Xfinity teams. Weather forecasts call for partly cloudy skies, a high of 79 °F, and no rain during the Xfinity race. Fans can expect a competitive weekend with a strong field of drivers battling for victory at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval.
