Governor Radda has also approved two new special advisers: Hajiya Hadiza Abubakar Yar’Adua, who will oversee Nutrition and Welfare Services, and Isa Muhammad Musa, who will handle Cultural Orientation. The governor congratulated the appointees, stressing the need for dedication and loyalty, and urged them to view their roles as opportunities to serve the state rather than personal rewards. He called on them to work toward the state’s development goals.
The reshuffle is expected to bring fresh perspectives and expertise to key areas of the administration, enhancing service delivery and improving the well‑being of Katsina’s citizens. As the new officials assume their duties, they will be expected to contribute to the state’s development agenda and collaborate to address regional challenges.
