Labour Party Recognizes Alex Otti as National Leader

The Labour Party in Nigeria has formally acknowledged Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, as its national leader. This development follows a meeting of the party’s National Working Committee, where the decision was unanimously made. According to a communique issued by the party’s National Secretary, Darlington Nwokocha, the recognition of Governor Otti is part of the party’s efforts to stabilize and strategically direct its growth.

The party also extended its best wishes to former presidential candidate, Peter Obi, who recently joined the African Democratic Congress. The Labour Party has urged the Independent National Electoral Commission to recognize Usman and Nwokocha as the legitimate leaders, in accordance with the court’s decision.
