APC Welcomes New Members Amid National Growth

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed its willingness to welcome any Nigerian who wishes to join the party. Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, made this statement during an interview on Channels Television’s “Politics Today” program on Monday. Morka was discussing the current state of the party across the country.

According to Morka, the APC has an open-door policy, allowing anyone who wishes to join to do so without speculation about potential new members. He emphasized that prominent leaders who have recently joined the party did so voluntarily, without being coerced. Morka cited the example of a governor from Kano, a significant state in Nigeria, who decided to join the APC of his own accord.

Morka also highlighted the successes of the current administration, led by President Muhammadu Buhari, over the past three years. He noted that despite initial challenges, the country has seen significant progress, with policies implemented by the President yielding positive results. Morka’s comments come as the APC continues to strengthen its presence across the country, with a focus on attracting new members and building on its existing support base.

The APC’s openness to new members is seen as a strategic move to bolster its position ahead of future elections. As the party continues to grow and expand its reach, it remains to be seen how its efforts will impact the country’s political landscape. With its commitment to welcoming new members and building on its successes, the APC is poised to remain a major player in Nigerian politics. The party’s ability to attract prominent leaders and everyday citizens alike will be crucial in determining its future prospects.
