Skan AI Raises $63M for Enterprise AI Platform Expansion

Skan AI has raised $63 million in funding to expand its enterprise artificial intelligence platform. The round was co-led by Cathay Innovation and Dell Technologies Capital, with participation from Citi Ventures, Bloomberg Beta, State Farm Ventures and Wipro Ventures.

The San Jose-based company, founded by chief executive Avinash Misra, develops technology designed to capture how work happens across enterprise systems. The platform then uses that context to help businesses identify opportunities and deploy AI agents. The latest financing arrives as companies move from AI experimentation toward operational deployment, a transition many have struggled to navigate.

Skan AI says traditional enterprise data does not fully explain how work gets completed. Documentation and system logs can show outcomes but often fail to capture decisions, exceptions and workflow sequences. Its platform addresses that gap through three connected products. Skan AI Blueprint identifies potential AI opportunities across enterprise systems. Skan AI Intelligence helps leaders analyse workflows and manage operational performance. Skan AI Agents then use that context to perform work autonomously. The agents are built from observed business processes and tested against real operational conditions, with human oversight and auditability remaining part of the deployment process.

The platform is powered by NVIDIA AI Enterprise and NVIDIA NIM microservices, infrastructure that supports enterprise-grade AI deployment and allows organisations to operate AI within controlled environments.

The company reports rapid growth alongside increasing enterprise AI adoption. Revenue increased by more than 300 percent year over year, and average net dollar retention has reached 150 percent. Skan AI now works with seven of the ten largest U.S. banks and serves major organisations across banking, insurance and other regulated industries. The company says its approach has generated more than $500 million in cumulative customer value, though those figures are company-reported.

Investors view Skan AI’s enterprise work context as a potential foundational layer for enterprise AI. Cathay Innovation and Dell Technologies Capital both highlighted the importance of understanding how work actually gets done, positioning Skan AI as infrastructure for moving AI into measurable business operations. The funding will support expansion of the platform and operations, with a focus on deepening AI capabilities across complex enterprise environments where workflows span multiple systems and applications.

The strategy reflects a broader shift in enterprise AI. Businesses are increasingly seeking autonomous systems rather than standalone assistants, but reliable automation requires more than powerful models. Agents need accurate information about processes and business rules, as well as an understanding of exceptions and operational decisions. Skan AI is positioning its context graph as the layer that provides that information.
