Gov Abdulrazaq dedicates victory to God, Kwara people

Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State, says he is dedicating the victory of his reelection as governor of the state for the second term to God and the people of the state.

Reacting to his second term victory in Ilorin on Sunday following the announcement by the Independent National Electoral Commission’s Returning Officer, Vice-Chancellor, University of Agriculture, Markudi, Benue state, Professor Isaac Itodo, the governor, said the victory recorded by the APC, underscored the desire of the citizens to continue along the path of positive progress Kwara had recorded over the past years.

“This victory is truly humbling and we give all glory to God who has made this happen.

“It speaks to our people’s understanding of our history, their appreciation of the progress made between yesterday and today and their commitment to a greater tomorrow,” Governor Abdulrazaq started.

“I dedicate this election victory to God and the people of our state in the North, South and Central Senatorial Districts,” he declared.
