Gov Abdulrazaq charges Muslims to live by spirit of Ramadan

Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State has charged Muslim faithful to live by the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan in which sins are forgiven, destinies are reshaped for good and servants of God are given brand new opportunities to get closer to the Creator.

The governor’s personal Ramadan message in Ilorin on Thursday, further charged Muslims to beseech Allah for peace, improved security and sustainable development for Nigeria and Kwara state in particular “as we begin a new chapter in our democratic journey.”

He congratulated the Muslim community worldwide, especially in Kwara State, on the dawn of the month of mercy.

“I wish all of us God’s abiding mercies in this holy month and always. Ramadan Mubarak to everyone,” he added.
