Victor Osimhen, Napoli’s Nigerian forward, has become a standout figure in Italian football, delivering 25 goals in 29 appearances across all competitions this season. His contributions have propelled Luciano Spalletti’s side to a 21‑point lead in Serie A and a place in the Champions League quarter‑finals, bringing the club within 15 points of its first Scudetto since 1990.

According to Corriere del Mezzogiorno, Osimhen’s remarkable energy and stamina are partly due to his disciplined diet. He regularly consumes rice, potatoes, beans, and semolina with meat—foods that reflect his Nigerian culinary heritage. His favorite dining spot is the Sharon restaurant in Torino, owned by Nigerian expatriate Erbor Patience, who has lived in Naples for 13 years. There, Osimhen often orders yellow or red rice seasoned with egusi, served with a fish and vegetable sauce.

Osimwan’s impressive form has attracted interest from several Premier League clubs, including Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Arsenal, all eager to sign the 24‑year‑old striker.
