The Interim Management Committee (IMC) is keen to see the highly anticipated Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) matchday 14 encounter between Remo Stars and Bendel Insurance go on without any hitches this weekend.
The game has generated a lot of excitement following the two teams’ impressive performance in the NPFL this season.
Bendel Insurance are the only team yet to taste defeat in the Nigerian top flight after 13 matches.
Remo Stars have also performed well and are in the hunt for a Super Six spot.
“We expect both clubs, their players, officials and supporters of the clubs including the match officials to comport themselves and be true ambassadors of NPFL,” the IMC said in a statement.
Ten matches will be played in the NPFL this weekend.
