Zamfara election: APC members accuse party of neglect after sustaining injuries

Members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Gummi Local Government Area of Zamfara State, who sustained varied levels of harm in the course of the April 15 rerun election have accused the party of abandoning them.

“It is shocking that after we wholeheartedly supported the APC candidate, Ahmad Usman Lancaster, during which we were seriously injured, nobody cared to look after us”, he added.

He lamented the nonchalant angle of the APC management within the State, declaring that key stakeholders, equivalent to former governors Abdul’Aziz Yari and Bello Matawallle couldn’t go to the victims.

Takori, nevertheless, appealed to the nationwide management of the APC to intervene and compel the state APC chapter and the important thing stakeholders to do the needful by paying a go to to the victims.
