Seyi Law Condemns Critics of Tinubu’s Long Convoy as “Idiots”

Renowned comedian, Lawrence Oluwaseyitan Aletile, popularly known as Seyi Law, has launched a scathing attack on Nigerians who criticized the extensive motorcade that accompanied President Bola Tinubu during his recent arrival in Lagos from London.

Seyi Law dismissed the critics as “idiots” and emphasized that the president’s motorcade constituted less than 10 percent of the entire convoy. He deemed the assumptions that all the cars belonged to Tinubu’s motorcade as evidence of the critics’ “foolishness,” suggesting that their minds could be compromised.

Expressing his dismay on Twitter, Seyi Law wrote, “Those shouting about the president’s convoy, are you sure you are okay? Well, how else do you know some people are mentally ill? The fact that some idiots can’t tell that the president’s motorcade is less than 10% of the entire convoy of cars shows the level of foolishness we have to deal with in this country.”

The comedian further contended that if there had been no crowd to welcome the president at the airport, the critics would have used it as evidence to question his legitimacy.

It is worth noting that the extensive motorcade that followed President Tinubu upon his return to Lagos for the Sallah celebrations had attracted a significant amount of criticism.
