Transfer: Everton move to sign Iheanacho from Leicester City

Everton have expressed interest in Leicester City forward Kelechi Iheanacho.

Iheanacho is among the players looking to leave King Power Stadium this summer following the Foxes’ relegation from the Premier League last season.

The Nigeria international is out of contract next summer, and Leicester City would be willing to sell instead of losing him for free.

According to Football Insider, Leicester valued Iheanacho in the £10 million to £15 million price range.

The striker scored eight goals and registered five assists in 35 appearances across all competitions for the former Premier League champions last season.

Iheanacho cost Leicester City £25 million when he arrived from Manchester City in 2019.
