The management of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC has warned that the scheme does not charge any fees for the deployment and relocation of prospective Corps members.
The Scheme said these services are carried out free of cost and in accordance with the Deployment and Relocation policies of the Scheme.
The Scheme said the relocation of Corps members is effected on individual merit, in line with the laid down policy.
In a statement signed by Eddy Megwa, Director, Press and Public Relations, the Scheme said, “mobilisation of Prospective Corps members for national service is free of charge, as Corps Producing Institutions do not pay for that.
“Any infraction on the above policies should be reported to the Heads of the nearest NYSC formations nationwide, NYSC National Directorate Headquarters Abuja and or the security agencies for prompt action.”
