Inspector General of Police Appoints New Police Public Relations Officers

In an effort to improve communication and strengthen community engagement, the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, has announced the appointment of new Police Public Relations Officers (PPROs) for various commands and formations within the Nigeria Police Force.

The Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, released a statement detailing the importance of these appointments in enhancing transparency and trust between the police and the public.

The newly appointed PPROs have been carefully selected based on their professional aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and unwavering commitment to fostering positive relations with the community.

Among the newly appointed officers are DSP Chukwukadibia O. Omojola, who will serve as the PPRO for Railway Command, ASP Mansir Hassanto, appointed as the PPRO for Kaduna State Command, ASP Nahum Daso Kenneth, taking on the role of PPRO for Borno State Command, and ASP Mayegun Aminat Oluwakemi, who will serve as the PPRO for Force Criminal Investigations Annex, Lagos.

These highly capable officers are expected to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the Nigeria Police Force and the communities they serve, working diligently to build trust and enhance cooperation.

The Inspector General of Police congratulates the newly appointed PPROs, expressing full confidence in their abilities to carry out their duties with utmost dedication and distinction. Their postings will take immediate effect.
