Despite dominating the game, the Super Eagles were unable to capitalize on their opportunities, with Victor Osimhen and Zaidu Sanusi notably squandering promising chances. Peseiro lamented the draw, conveying his and the players’ disappointment, and stressed their belief that they were the superior side.
Peseiro acknowledged the inevitable nature of missed chances in football but remained hopeful for the upcoming fixtures, emphasizing the need to convert opportunities into goals.
